The lovely and surprising Calendar series is back with AUGUST. And I loved it!
MY OPINION
So
interesting! Full of emotion, grief and plot twists. The storyline in this
installment is fantastic. Don't miss the first chapter, though. The encounter
between Mia and Wes is euphoric (hot, hot, hot). And toe-curling romantic. Fun
too. I loved the point their relationship has reached. I feel so optimistic
about it!
Mia's
assignment this time is to pose as a Texan's missing sister to help him keep
his inheritance from ending up in the wrong hands. The whole scenario was
superb with the novelty of the circumstances, the warm man who welcomes her
into his sweet family for a month, and the ranch life in Texas. It was very
engaging to get to know about the huge company he runs and how people live and
work there.
The author
manages a great and gripping balance between emotion and suspense as big
secrets spill out in a very surprising fashion. I'd had never dreamt this was
coming Mia's way. This serial is getting better with every month, and right now
I'm dying to read what happens next.
