Are you a fan of this naughty trend of stepbrother romances? If you follow me often enough, you'll now know that I am! ;o) Get ready for SWEET BILLIONAIRE STEPBROTHER, by HARLOW GRACE. I was sure I'd love it because I've already read another story by this author, and I like her writing style. Monster Stepbrother was her foray into dark romance, now we have the sweet side!
MY OPINION
Sometimes,
among so many alpha males and dark romances, I crave something sweet. It
doesn't have to be any less intense of steamy. Oh, no, this story is dripping
as much sweetness as hotness.
Layla and
Grayson have found their vocation in taking care of people's health and
well-being, which showcases how attuned they are to each other. They have
similar good hearts, far away from his dad's emporium and her mum's fashion
trends. The author also does an expected good job of seamlessly connecting the
sweet, understanding relationship with the sexier impulses they can't help but
act on.
I enjoyed the
nice beginning as much as the part when their attraction to each other becomes
torturous and they don't know how to cope with their forbidden need. The ending-for-now
is quite promising, and I'm looking forward to finding out what will happen
after that, and if Grayson will stand up to his father, as well as how their
family will react to their new intimacy.
