MY OPINION

This novella deals with a delicate subject matter, and the first chapter is a leery testament to that. The reason for the female character to acquire the club owner's services are empowering.

I thought it was a provocative kind of shock therapy to dispell her demons and very enticing to boost. Half way through, it seemed to devolve into just an x-rated scene per usual, losing a bit of its edge. Luckily, it turned around again as Quinn and Joshua explore her healing sesions of kinky intimacy, enhanced by some quality conversations and sweet understanding and patience on his part.

Roleplaying and playful chemistry lead to love and it feels good. I loved meeting the couples from the previous novellas. There's some reckoning at the end that was empowering before the epilogue, all happy and funny. Good message, and very entertaining and hot.
