It's exciting
to go back to this motorcycle club world. There's plenty of action of all kinds
to have fun with. Mac is steadfast, committed to her club and brothers, that's
why she suddenly feels insecure about the changes in her personal life and how
they will affect her duties. That's another sign of her inner strength that has
helped her overcome so many obstacles. I loved how that showed in her moods
which also led to very steamy times with her man.
I also loved
how quietly strong Vincent is. Always loyal to her, he knows her soul and body.
His thoughts about her are as sweet as his plans for the future. There's
something incredibly hot about a man who's always ready for his woman's furious
passion. We get to see that a couple of times here, oh, yes.
This novella
is fast, sweet and steamy, with all the family-loving couples we like from this
author's style. Perfect for fans of the series.

“God, you’re so beautiful. I love you,” I say, tucking her dark hair behind her ear.
She bites her lip again, and I think she’s finally going to tell me. But just as she takes a breath, the door to the range opens.
“Yo, Casper! You done?” Knox shouts from the doorway, and I want to punch him in his face.
He can’t see us from where we’re standing, but she was so close to telling me. He knows we were in here f*cking, so what could he possibly want?
“What the f*ck do you want, Scribe? I’ve still got Vince twelve inches deep!” There’s a hint of relief in her voice, and I wonder if she’s thankful for the interruption.
