MY OPINION

Who doesn't love beachy islands and the chance of romance in paradise? In this anthology, a caché of truly exciting snippets by many beloved authors provide us with the perfect frame for pleasure and solidarity. Hawaii is the luxuriant backdrop for many little stories of love and fun, whilst also being a vehicle to help those in need.

I'm sure everyone can find an author they always need to read or a new source of enchantment. My choice is definitely Jane Aston and Skye Warren.

Warren's story tells about a pretty and sensual chapter in a woman's life about deserving happiness and belonging somewhere, also love and family in different forms. The lovely, truly inspiring words of this author make everything she writes a worthy experience in getting in touch with our deepest feelings and thoughts.

It's also the opportunity to reacquaint ourselves with a couple from one of her novels, so it feels like coming home and saying hello to old friends.

Aston's story is indeed a crazy little meet cute which made me laugh hard. Her female characters are wildly hilarious and this time is no different. She's in a desperate situation and ready to do something drastic to cover for her lack of boyfriend in a social event, so her inner dialogue runs like a psychologist's wet dream. Really, it was too short but perfectly clever and fun. I want more!
